At least one person died in a tornado in the American state of Ohio on Monday evening and 35 people were injured. Most of the victims are minors, according to a spokesperson for the Kettering Health Network, a network of eight US hospitals.
Snowplows have been pulled out to remove the debris from the roads. More than sixty thousand households and businesses in Ohio are currently without electricity.
On Sunday at least two people were killed in a tornado in the state of Oklahoma, at least 29 people were injured and hundreds of houses were destroyed.
Donald Trump expressed his condolences to the people of Oklahoma on Tuesday, via a Twitter message.
