Noble and its original content, features and functionality are owned by Noble and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

We may terminate your access to Noble, without cause or notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with you. All provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Comments and Posts

You agree not to post, email, or otherwise make available content:

a) that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, invasive of another’s privacy, or is harmful to minors in any way;

b) that is pornographic;

c) that harasses, degrades, intimidates or is hateful toward an individual or group of individuals on the basis of religion, gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, age, or disability;

d) that violates the Fair Housing Act by stating a discriminatory preference based on race, color, national origin, religion, sex, familial status or handicap;

e) that violates federal, state, or local equal employment opportunity laws by stating a preference or requirement based on race, color, religion,sex, national origin, age, or disability;

h) that disrupts the normal flow of dialogue or that otherwise negatively affects other users’ ability to use Noble;

i) that employs misleading email addresses, forged headers or otherwise manipulated identifiers in order to disguise the origin of the content.

Additionally, you agree not to:

j) contact anyone who has asked not to be contacted;

k) “stalk” or otherwise harass anyone;

l)  attempt to gain unauthorized access to Noble’s computer systems or engage in any activity that disrupts, diminishes the quality of, interferes with the performance of, or impairs the functionality of, Noble website.

Governing Law
This Agreement (and any further rules, polices, or guidelines incorporated by reference) shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Tennessee, United States, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

Changes To This Agreement
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions by posting the updated terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
